Salutations!

　　　Introduction:
Do you remember the time when you were in School or in University; everyone had their own Class where they were locked to? Well, once you are in Eorzea University it is like being locked in a small, close knit community where you see practically the same people every evening! However, this is my intent as the daily shared activities and our similar schedules helps provide regular time for interaction and builds shared experiences. People make friends when they spend time together.

　　　Why are FC Events Important?
Participation in FC Events are important because we share experiences, laugh and bond with each other during our weekly FC Events. Even during the weekdays, we spend time together every night as we share relatively the same active hours.

　　　Greetings; Why is this an enforced FC rule?
The simple act of greetings, sure it may just be a typical JP FC thing but how would you feel if you logged on and no one greeted you or acknowledged that you're there? I want you to feel that you are part of a family. Not a number in our log-in roster.

　　　Why is our FC Recruitment so slow?
A reason why our Free Company recruits at a snail's pace compared to other Free Companies is due to us being a small close knit community. Every applicant goes through 2 to 4 weeks of Trial with us to test the waters and get an insight of our FC Culture before joining us formally.

　　　FC Discord and In Real Life
It is said that members of smaller FCs find it easier to open up to one another about real life matters compared to Large FCs. On Discord we have a member only channel where we are free to share pictures of our pets, our meals or even ourselves. Over time, the friendships we build in FFXIV transends to the real world in our In Real Life FC Events which usually happens in December or January. Also two of our FC Members who meet through our FC will soon be getting married. Our members also occasionally organize meet ups in Japan and in Singapore. (More locations are on the way)
